Rates and booking conditions

• General rate.

     • 1 bedroom apartments (2-3 beds): 90,00 € per night.
     • Apartments with 2 bedrooms (4 people): 140,00 € per night.
• High season (from July 1 to September 15, as well as holidays, long weekends, Easter and Christmas).
     •  1 bedroom apartments (2-3 beds): 100,00 € per night.
     • 2 bedroom apartments (4 people): 150,00 € per night.
•  For stays of six nights or more, a 15% discount will be applied to the rate.
• The minimum stay is two nights except on long weekends and holidays, which will be the nights of the long weekend or holiday period in question, for any other type of stay please contact the accommodation.
• To confirm the reservation must be made a payment of 30% of the total, by bank transfer, bizum or bank card. The remaining 70% of the payment will be made at the accommodation, the day of arrival.
• Prices include VAT.

• The entrance to the apartments will be from 15:00 h, subject to availability.
• The apartments must be vacated before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
• If you wish to extend the departure time, you must consult in advance according to availability.
• Extra bed: 15 € per night.
• Availability of cribs and high chairs free of charge.

• In case of cancellation, and in view of the confirmation from the Tourism Council of Castilla y León, delegation of Segovia that there is no regional regulation in this regard, the protocol to be followed will be based on the common responsibility between the guest and the accommodation, giving the latter, whenever possible, and if it is possible, and if it is possible to rebook the dates cancelled by the client, the option to change them in order to lose the deposit advanced at the time of the confirmation of the reservation.
In a second option and if it is not possible to rebook the cancelled dates, the management will offer the client who has cancelled, the possibility of staying on another occasion. The new date will be communicated by the management at the last minute between vacant dates. In any case we will try to communicate it as far in advance as possible.
as a last option if none of the above options were to the liking of the person who cancels, the amount of the reservation will be refunded, minus a fixed management fees, with the following conditions:

     • 5% when the cancellation is made more than thirty days before the date fixed to occupy the rural houses.
     • 50% when the cancellation is made with thirty or less days and more than seven days.
     • 100% when the cancellation is made seven or less than seven days in advance.

• The apartments are rented for the maximum number of people authorized. Any excess will entitle the owner to reject the reservation. For visits of friends or relatives must be notified to the owners.
•Bachelor parties are not allowed.
•The rules are made to facilitate the coexistence of all our guests and that they can make the most of our facilities, so please respect them for the benefit of all.
• Out of respect for all our guests, we ask you to keep quiet between 23:00h and 08:00h.
